BE FRIENDLY ONCE A DAY
The most profound thing we could do is to decide weather we want to be rude to others or behave respectfully.
We don't need to be friends with everyone, we don't even need to like the people around us. But we can act in a kinder way, just to make a small difference. Even in a very selfish way. Not just for others but for ourselfes.

Setting an act of friendliness to others affetcs us direktly. So the benefit goes in both directions.

Though we are a very selfsentered Individuals and do find it quite hard to be nice to people we dont know, we at stage 1Focus on our egocentrik, individual needs of feeling good.
If beeing nice yould be a complete selfish action, why not just do it??? Or do you still want to feel miserable for not taking action?
RUDE SOCIETY
If you ask people, if they think, if the peole got more rude over the past years, most of them would say yes.

One of the most interresting facts is, that even rude people would say so, not seeing there own rudeness or at least, seeing there own rudeness as eine folge of anotherones Rudeness
RUDENESS IS Ansteckend
The rudeness of other people could have a dramandace effect on you. It could be so suttle, that you dont even notice, how that happened to you.

STEP: 1
DANKE zu sagen

We know, how hard it sometimes is to smile at other people, or even odd to just smile at someone for no other reason but for the smile. But something that could be done in every situation is to spell a small word: THANKS. Even if its unhearable for others.

TAKE ACTION

If someone in the supermarket stepps aside, so u can pass. Don't stear at the flor, pretend u didn't notice. Say THANK YOU. For advanced technike you can even look the person in the eye and smile!
STEP 2
SMILE
The smile is a very advanced technike of friendlines. It seems easy, but is a lot harder than you think. There are people who seem to be unable to smile. They look grouchy, and there Mouthwinkel seem to hit rockbottom. But everyone can be affected by that. Some days, or weeks are very hard and smiling could seem impossible.
But this is something we could practice. For our own sake and for ohters.

STEP 3
Do something nice
Taking action is part of the master-class. Thats the hard part, because it demands willpower and action that includes your whole body (mainly). It also includes to confront yourself with your egocentric mindset.
Dealing with this step/action you must be aware, that you no longer acting selfis. You have officially broaken with your comfortzone. your Ego is connecting with the world around. Your not only an individual, you did connect with the world in a selfless way.
STEP 4
A RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS
